Mango Smoothie

Mango Smoothie is a tasty and healthy summer time treat for mango lovers.

Serving Size: 1


Chia seeds – 2 tea spoon Chia seeds

Oats – 1 table spoon

Milk /Yoghurt – 150 ml Or 100 gms yoghurt 

For toppings – Mixed seed ,nuts and mango cubes

Recepie :

1 . Take milk ,oats and mango cubes , blend it together in a blender to make a shake

2. Add chia seeds to this shake and keep it in a refrigerator for 4-6 hrs .

3 Add mix seeds and nuts  .  Serve cold

4 . You can add 1 tablet of stevia if required .
